Just had my toilet replaced. They found the right one i wanted and did an outstanding job. Plan to have them do more jobs in the future. Highly recommend!!
I would like to thank Laura, Holley, and Mike for the great customers service and helping me fix my plumbing issue before Christmas. Laura who answered my original call, Holley who called me to let me know the technician was on their way and Mike who fixed my plumbing issue. These people are a great investment to this company as I can tell they take pride on what they do. Professional, courteous, work proficiency. Thank you again for understanding my situation and knowing my sense of urgency. I'd definitely use your company again.
Omg! Where do I start? They called me when they were on the way but I wasn't going to be home. So they asked me what time and they showed. I thought they were going to give me an estimate and come back the next day. He actually worked on it tonight. These guys are the truth. Problem solved.. Thank you so much!!!
ISSUE: Water was backing up in bathroom when washing machine was used. BAD REVIEW BECAUSE: Miscellaneous part charge if $12.95 even when NO PARTS ARE NEEDED. The tech used a hammer and prybar to open the lid on septic that had already been dug up for him. I asked about charge and was told it is standard across the board for everyone for things like gloves. While they did serve my area (Raeford) it was an additional $30 that they made me aware of beforehand and I agreed to, they did not mention this charge. Total of $149 for tech to literally ONLY open the lid and tell me the tank needs pumped. Making $89.00 an hour labor and they still find a way to get more $ for nothing.
I am extremely happy with my decision to choose Budget Rooter. Other places wanted $100+ just to show up. Budget Rooter said the estimate is free! They told me they could have someone to my house in the afternoon, they called back at 1130 to say someone was on the way. Mike showed up and did awesome. It was initially thought that the leak was in an area that would involve jack hammering my concreate slab. He even left to get the jack hammer. But when he returned he was very thorough and wanted to be sure. Ultimately, it was determined to actually be coming from the wall and therefore he didn’t have to tear my floor apart!! This dropped the overall repair cost and time down and he was finished in no time! He was very professional and patient with all my questions! I will definitely call again for any other plumbing needs!
