This company was actually recommended by another local plumber after they could not provide the service I needed. They came on short notice and did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. I had a concrete slab that was polly jacked due to settlement and polly found it's way into my septic drain line. James worked with me to find the obstruction, jet it out of the line and scope the line to ensure we solved the problem. It took quite a bit longer than what I had anticipated but he stayed with it until we finally dislodged the foam from the pipe and cleared it of obstructions. Great company to work with and top quality service. The type of service that is very uncommon in today's world.

Clog busters came out to my house to inspect the septic tank. I am in the process of selling my house, which is the reason for the inspection. During the inspection the potential buyers were told the septic tank needed to be pumped as well as jetted out because there were a lot of roots in the lines and they would cause the system back up once they moved in and started showering, flushing toilets, laundry and so forth and that if it wasn't done and the roots continued to grow in the lines that could cause major damage and be very costly to have the lines replaced, in excess of $4000. Needless to say the potential buyers were very concerned and wanted this to be taken care of prior to purchasing the house. We called a septic company to go out and pump the tank and he asked why we were pumping it, it didn't need it, less than 4 inches in tank. So we had to pay $180 for an unnecessary septic pump. Today we had a company that does the same jetting as clog busters come out to clean the lines and there were no roots!!! Not only did this cost me money for unnecessary work being done it scared the potential buyers into thinking it had to be done. I believe this was very dishonest and very poor business.

Called 12/24 at 4:00 with a plumbing emergency and even though they advertise open 24/7 I was told by a lady that her husband was in the woods and her guys went home at 12. I asked why they advertise 24/7 and she asked for my information but when I told her I had called Pipe Cleaner she suggested I call them back as "my husband is in the woods".....hunting I assume. Pipe Cleaners quoted my $325 before even coming to my house.....Clog Busters lies about when they are open!
