Highly recommend B&J! Excellent customer service from the first phone call. They call to let you know when they are on the way and send an email with pictures of the technician so you know who to expect. B&J was the only company that was able to come out the same day I called and get our A/C fixed. Everyone else told me it would be at least 4 days! Being pregnant and having a fur baby in the house, I was extremely appreciative of their prompt service when it was 98 degrees outside. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

B&J inspected our AC & Heating on Friday, because of it's age (21 years) recommended a replacement. They were here bright and early Monday morning to replace the downstairs. Tuesday they came to replace the upstairs. I had a club board meeting Tuesday morning. They members all complimented B&J on how quiet they were while working upstairs and in the attic and how comfortable we were downstairs. Our yard was cleaned up at the end of the day and the units landscaped. The work was reviewed with us each day. B&J is amazing. I felt very safe with them working in the house. Everyone was so polite, knowledgeable and respectful.

After getting a quote from another company that seemed pretty unreasonable, we decided to get a second opinion from B&J. They were courteous and efficient. Andrew was at our house the next day and provided us several options for our repair. We were so impressed by his knowledge on our older unit and his willingness to thoroughly explain all of our options. After being told we needed to replace our entire compressor or the unit by the other company (and sitting at close to 85 degrees in our house for nearly a week), Andrew was able to find a more reasonable repair and have our AC running again that same day! We are so grateful for Andrew and B&J and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services!

Thank You so much for the excellent service I received on my AC. I was not expecting same day service but the team surprised me and I had air back the same day. (96 outside with no air!!!)
