The manager at Braxton Britt realty which is a separate entity, but shares the same building Ms. Gail has a heart that sits in God's hands! Knowing her was a privilege. The plumbing company is lead by professionals and conducts business the same.
Most unreasonable company that I know. Their charges are extremely high. For TRYING to find a leak (that they didn't find or fix) and few toilet and faucet repairs (where parts cost was under $50), they charged my agent $942 in labor without explaining how much time it took them. They gave an estimate for $92,000 for replacing main lines that I gotten done under $5,000 from another licensed plumber who got it inspected.
2 stars for the fact job was done quick and correct. Took 3 stars off because 2 service men came. Very potent marijuana smell and one was using "f" word aggressively during installation. Was tempted to ask they leave. Small children in our home during all of this. Wish i didnt have to leave just terrible feedback but sadly true. Would not call again.
