We have a solid copper kitchen faucet. It was leaking where the temperature selector was. Parlier came out and determined that the part need to fix it was proprietary to the unit and they couldn't get that part. Guys were polite, clean cut and courteous. No charge for the service call.

Lowes had them install our new hot water heater last week. They burned a hole on the surrounding wall and made a large hole on another wall. They had to call someone to find out how to wire the unit. The owner arrived to see the damage and made the repairs. He did an amazing job and I'm very pleased with the final outcome.
