Our home warranty provider requested an inspection at 9am on Monday; we received an automatic text from these folks that they'd call to schedule within 24 hours. It's Friday night, and we have received no contact, despite a dozen or more phone call, several voicemails, and two more call to the home warranty provider, who called them, left a message, and emailed them. What gives?

They were hired to install AC on a house we purchased at the end of July. Using it results in a house that is hotter than when we don't use it. It is now mid September and we still can't get them to actually show up and fix it. When they bother calling us back their excuse is that their licensed contractor is too busy to get to us. Save your money and hire a company that will actually do the work right.
