I’ve worked around Mark and his team for several years and it has always been a pleasant experience. But this most recent time has proved that Mark is both extremely knowledgeable (boiler repair, we lost our hot water) and very dedicated to his customers. Not only did he call me back immediately (on a Saturday), he (and Steve) disregarded my offer of coming over on Monday to take a look, but took four hours out of their Sunday to come over correct our issue. Extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable, extremely kind. Hard to find a company that committed in this crazy construction time.. I called Mark on a Sunday afternoon when my water heater began to fail, of 5 calls I placed, he was the only one to pick up. Of the other four companies I called, only one called me back (and gave me a 2 week lead time). The other 3 did not even bother to return my call. Mark showed up Monday afternoon and replaced the water heater and addressed another leaking issue I had. Mark is a consummate professional and I would recommend him for any plumbing jobs. 12/10
Today I had the unfortunate experience of a broken garbage disposal - 4 days before Christmas. I called over 20 plumbers in the Bozeman area. No one had availability until January!!! I left numerous voicemails but Aurora Plumbing was the only response I received. Mark called back within minutes and said he was in the area and would be there shortly . It turned out to be an easy fix! He was efficient, and extremely pleasant. I also asked him about the handle on my oven which was falling off. I couldn't use the oven - again, 4 days before Christmas. Mark was nice enough to fix the oven handle for me. Thank you Aurora Plumbing for your wonderful customer service. I would recommend Aurora Plumbing to anyone. Mark went above and beyond. In the future I will not hesitate to contact Aurora Plumbing.
