We had a furnace problem on a very cold New Years Day. Thomas braved icy roads and a nasty wind to fix it in a jiffy. Totally professional. Incredibly pleasant. Much appreciated.
Called PRO TECH yesterday, they were here with in an hour after 5 p.m. very nice gentlemen, they worked very hard to try to-fix the septic issue with the frozen weather, cleaned the filter out in septic out side, came in home found out there was a cap off down stairs and helped us to fix the problem told us what we needed to do next to fix the bad smell in home. Let us know if this don't work to call them back they would be right out. MITCH and CALVIN cared very much in makeing us feel better about our issue. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
