Very satisfied with the help provided by Jeff Kerznar. We appreciated the fact that Jeff showed up first thing in the morning. He completed the furnace service work, and was able to get the whole-house humidifier system functioning all within a reasonable period of time. Thank you.

We called to have our hot water heater looked at...after being on hold for over 30 minutes we were able to get someone scheduled for later that week. We were told he would be there at 8:00 am.... when the day came and it was 9:30 we called to check in and they then informed us it would be sometime between 8-12. We shuffled our day and made it work. They came and looked at the unit and told us it needed to be replaced and they would send a quote within the next few hours. Assuming they were busy we waited for the next day and still no quote available. We had to pay to have him come look at it but can’t get any follow up to fix it... so at this point we have had to pay another company to come analyze the project and to fix it. This isn’t our first bad experience with Williams, but we were having a hard time finding someone available to come out right away. As of today we still never heard back from Williams and have a different company replacing it.
