These guys are awesome! My septic tank was overflowing which isn't fun but Jon Hancock (the owner) was great at helping us understand the process for determining what it could be.... including an idea of the potential cost (which is scary) of the several possibilities. At the end every step they took was explained along with my options. Again, it wasn't fun, but this was beyond my expectations for how well it was handled.
