Very satisfied with the service I received from DS & F (water heater servicing). They were on time, affordable, and very professional. Would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

We were referred to a local plumber who never returned a call after leaving messages on their voice mail, we then chose D S & F who came highly recommended from our real estate agent. Called, and the phone was answered by Amanda who quickly took our info and assured us of same day service. However moments later she returned a call saying that it would not be till the next day which for us worked out and we appreciated the integrity of the call back. Charlie called first thing the next morning alerting to us that he was on his way. Very personable and without and hours time our problem was fixed to perfection. We appreciate again the high integrity of this company who said what they were going to do and actually did it. Hard to find this kind of service in the Ozarks or anywhere else for that matter in today's world. We highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.
