Metro Drain Master

I am a single mom with a limited income. I am always nervous about service providers, but Bob was wonderful. He was courteous, professional and very pleasant. He was much cheaper than other companies I had called. He’s very experienced and has been doing this work for over 30 years. I would highly recommend him!!!

I live out of town and have several rental properties in Kansas City. I always use Drain Master for my plumbing problems and know that I can trust that the work will be done well and at a fair price. I wouldn't use any other service company.

Needed the pressure lowered in our pipes coming into the home. Bob didnt have a pressure gage and just guessed.....asked him to come back out with a gage, and a week later he still hasn't returned. Now we are out 100$ and we have too low of water pressure. I do not recommend this company. I will update my review if anything changes.
