They were out on Wednesday and suppose to call about the parts needed on Thursday. Called them on Friday at open and the nice lady said she would find out what happened and I would get a call back. I had to call back at 10 as I had not heard anything and was informed they had forgotten about me. She then said not sure if we can get to you today and I informed her how long I had been without water. Now waiting on another call back.
