GET IT N WRITING BEFOR HAND OR YOU WILL REGRET IT !!! I am outraged over the charge I received or installing a 40 gallon of electric hot water tank. On 5- 20-2019 They hot water tank itself runs around $400 They claim to have charge me for 2 hours of labor at $89 per hour and one service call at $89. My total charge for this job was $1113.84 There has been no proof of where the rest of the trumped up charges on this job came from. I allowed this man to come and go all day long to do personal business besides installing my hot water tank and he cost me 12 hours of my work. I am outraged and will not change my mind and till I am reimbursed around $400. I just talk to a very expensive construction company because they are one of the best just run ballpark figures by them and asked them if they thought I got screwed and they said yes you most certainly did. I was charged for all the hours this man was gone for court in meetings. This has been reported to the Better Business Bureau also... Eric came by to check all work on new heater said it was good. Offering 100 if I take my post down. After talking about all that happened through out the day he said he would see why the bill was so high because he could only account for 700.00 . I said I would take down my post while he checks things out . The next day Eric sends text to pick up 100.00 check when ready...lol I said what about the outrageous bill, he said I seen the bill n I said yeah me too n sent pick of crapy bill n he said take it up with my uncle. This coming from someone who said the wanted to fix this...
