Kevin has solved several plumbing issues here. He is always on time; professional; and competent. He even stayed after-hours on a Friday afternoon to fix a huge problem. I would highly recommend River City Sewer and Drain.

I hired River City to give me a second opinion on a drain that another company determined had a break and required excavation. If you've ever had lateral line repairs, you know that this can cost thousands of dollars. Kevin came out and determined right away that the line was filled with roots, he was not seeing a break in the line. He worked extensively with the cable and could not get through the roots. Kevin returned the very next day with his jetter and cleared the roots, camera'd the drain, and found the drain to be in fine shape. Kevin was courteous, timely, and communicated all findings/issues with both myself and my tenant. I have added him to my resource list and would highly recommend him to others!

Kevin did a great job. He was on time, did it the right way, he got on the roof rather than taking the easy way out by going through the basement. His price was half of the other places we called. Thank you, Kevin!

Kevin is always very detailed with his reports and findings for my clients on their inspections. He has also located and cleared a drain for me at my own home. Left the work site clean and very reasonable on price.

The technician spent less than 15 minutes here and I was charged to full $179 for the camera job. He said he couldn't get the camera more than 20 feet either way due to roots. The entire drain was roto-rooted less than a month ago. I asked if I could pay him the $179 now, and have him back within a week once I had the drain Roto-rooted again. He said no. Pay him $179 now. Pay him $179 again when he comes back and does the full job. I said I could understand paying for a service call today (somewhere around $80) and then paying $179 when he comes back and completes the job. He said no and proceeded to tell me how much his camera cost. I would advise against using this company.
