Called this company Tuesday and spoke with "Rich". After explaining the service that I needed we setup an appointment for the next day. He was no call, no show. So much for trying to support a local business in this case.
I called him on a Tuesday and he told me that he could come by on the following Monday or Tuesday and he would give me a call. When I hadn't herd from him by 4:00 PM on the following Tuesday I decided to give him a call. He acted like he didn't remember me and once again told me that he could come the following Monday or Tuesday. Maybe it's just me but it seems like someone in this line of work should maintain an appointment book. Needless to say I'm no longer interested in his services. I wasted a whole week waiting on him when I could have called someone else. How rude and unprofessional.
The guy who answered the phone is a major douche lord. He literally hung up on me when he could not do the service requested.
