Avoid this guy at all costs! My brother had 7 rentals and owed $300 at the time of his death. I requested a bill and was refused because a bill had already been issued to my brother. I could not find this bill. Dan told me that a bill was already issued so instead of billing me or filing a claim against the estate, which would have assured payment without any extra cost or hardship to myself he put liens on two houses. Now $300 became $1,600 and he was very slow and difficult to work with to get it cleared up. I just wish my late brother could know how I was treated after his death. My brother was a good customer of his. I will smear this guy's name any chance I get because of what he pulled. If he did this to me he will surely screw you over too.
