Nice place to have in the store to be able to use.
We went to home depot and bought a 72 hour carpet install. They measured and we never heard. back? I called home depot mt pleasant store over 5 times no one called me back. I called the corp offices and finally got a call back stating they could not do the 72 hr install, and it would be almost three weeks, was told a manager would call me and of course they did not. We also were replacing windows, same BAD SERVICE, NO ONE CALLS TO SCHEDULE, SPOKE WITH ASST GM MT PLEASANT HOME DEPOT THAT STATED HE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK NEXT DAY, THATS NOT HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS, BUT ITS BEEN OVER THREE DAYS ABD NO CALLS AGAIN FROM ANYONE. NO ONE CARES AT THIS STORE DO NOT USE###!!
Took 20 minutes of asking 3 different people to cut a board for me before someone finally showed up. I get home & the guy cut the board 3/4 of an inch to short. Seems like they would make sure people being hired at a dyi store would know how to read a tape measure.
