Roger was great. He came in and discussed our plumbing problem. Offered options and completed an estimate based on his suggestion to fix our problem. Roger made it a point to advise that repairs will be completed same day. Once I agreed to repairs, Roger started immediately. With help of his co-worker (do not remember his name), they completed the work quickly. The most important part of the repair process, when they left there was no signs that they had been at our house. They cleanup everything. During the repair they both wore covers of they shoes, nothing was tracked into our house.I would have Roger (and co-worker) do additional plumbing work at our house anytime. Bruce A Chipman

Very friendly, patient, and helpful on the phone. NO emergency fee or service fee just for showing up, called back with suggestions while I waited (had a leak). Arrived at the early end of time frame given. Fast and courteous estimate and work. Payment options available if I would have need it.

This weasel told me quickly and in a low voice, that it would be over $2,000.00 for a new hot water heater. He went and sat in his truck and came back in with his tablet/ mini laptop, ???? and showed me a price of over $2,000.00 for the Bradford White water heater and a camera ???? in the septic line and some other item that would have cost over $4,000.00. He kept trying to get me to sign his tablet, but I told him to send me the written estimate. He said he would mail it- but he DIDN’T. Don’t let the crook into your house. There ought to be a law. ???? They don’t even deserve one star. —⭐️

Call Sunday morning to get a quote to get the water turned back on to a house that had been without for many years. Their quote was somewhat higher than an earlier quote I received but not hugely so, so I went with them based on reputation. The plumber (Roger) drove 35 miles from Mount Pleasant to Harrison and got to work as soon as I approved the quote. He was sympathetic with every new leak discovered when the pressure came back on and did not quit until it was all done to my satisfaction. Very, very happy with the service and will not hesitate to recommend.

I never write reviews, my grandmother does and I often make fun of her. However, I had to write one about Mr. Rooter of Mt. Pleasant! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!! Darrel was amazing!!! Came and stayed until 2:00am to ensure that we had running water to shower for work the next day and then came back the next morning to finish the job. He was so polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the job. He walked me through every step of the process and made sure I understood what was going on. Above all else, his work was neat, clean and very well done. Could NOT have had a better experience! Thanks for all the amazing work you did Darrel!
