The entire job was to replace sewer line in yard, then replace sewer and storm drains in the basement and install caps that would prevent the water from backing up again. I was in dire need because I had sewage floating around my basement and they came out & gave me a good quote and said it could be done that day. So, I initially hired the company because basement sewage and storm drain flooded my basement. First job was to replace sewage line in yard. Left my yard a mess, I was not concerned about landscaping, but I did have the expectation to my have my yard leveled which they did not do. I have a big gaping hole which they did not fill in. Owner promised to send crew back out to fill it in and level the ground but he never did. After fixing the line outside, the water only went down the sewage drain and was still puddled around the storm drains. The owner told me I needed to have the inside pipes replaced (under the basement cement) the sewage and the storm drain. He stated the drain had collapsed that is why water was not going down. So, I have them replace everything and the job was supposedly finished 8/10/17. Then it rains on 8/29/17 and it’s not flooded or anything outside but my basement is full of water. Right in the area over the storm drain that they supposedly repaired and replaced. And they left the trash out in my driveway instead of hauling it away and also left pieces of the basement floor thrown in my backyard. I've reached out to them several times over the last three days and he has ignored me and has yet to send anyone out. The owner is not trustworthy he is dishonest and cuts corners. The prices are reasonable and attractive but not worth it in the long run if you must hire another company to fix their work. Do not deal with this company. This was all worthless and a waste of money. Now I must find another company to do the repairs correctly. The pictures are of my basement after the drain was replaced, as you can clearly see all the water pooled around the drain. The other pics are of my backyard after the sewer line was replaced.**10-14-17 Update-Please do not use this company, water is still backing up every time it rains. The owner has never come to repair or even look at what was wrong even though the work is still under warranty, he seems to use the excuse that "they are not able to diagnose all of your issues" for their faulty work. Regardless of when I allowed your company to do the work should not interfere with the quality of work performed. The work done on this part of the drain was not inspected by the because he did not get a permit. Your company is the plumbing specialist I could not possibly tell you what was wrong with my plumbing or tell you what needs to be fixed. That is why you were hired in the first place. This is a deplorable company with no ethics, and questionable business practices who takes short cuts and who blames the customer when issues are identified.

Fernando did some plumbing work in our home and we're very pleased with him. His prices were the best around, and his work was excellent and efficient.
