We called late last night to have All Star send someone out to our house after our basement started flooding. They were able to walk us through what to do in the meantime and they were able to squeeze us in the schedule for the next day. Alex got here and from the beginning was extremely professional, nice and knowledgeable. He was able to locate the problem very quickly and fix it just as fast. He did a wonderful job communicating with me about what he was doing and why, and I felt assured that the problem had been resolved. I would absolutely recommend this company for any and all plumbing services you may need. We will never use another company.
