Jim is very knowledgeable on septic systems. He and his staff worked efficiently and were very courteous. I had a unique system which a few other septic companies wouldn't fix or estimated a lot more than Jim charged. We did have a small issue (the reason why I only gave 4 stars) which Jim addressed as quickly and efficiently as when installed our new field. I highly recommend this company for your septic needs.

They just came out in the rain and cleared a blockage in my vent pipe, the two technicians were amazing and wouldn't give up until it was fixed. Big Jim's will be getting all my plumbing business from this day forward.
If i could do no stars i would. They completely ruined my whole bathroom floor and my carpet in my room. Didn’t even wipe there feet just tracked sewage all over my house. A huge payment later they didn’t even fix the problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Zero work completed and they expect payment. Owner is extremely rude definitely shouldn’t work with people.
Had apt and they never showed up or called.
