Would highly recommend Ostlund a service company for all your home service needs! They sent one of their service techs to work on my A/C unit on one of the hottest days this year. He was very respectful and professional and took care of my A/C in a timely manner. If you have any heating and cooling needs I would strongly recommend Ostlund.

I can not speak for the installation of the new furnaces that they are currently installing a Sycamore Creek Apartments in Orion Township. However, I will speak about the mess they left behind! Insulation all over including the grass where another resident raised concern about when walking their dog! Besides the fiberglass insulation on the steps of the building. Black tar stuff on the steps which gets on your shoes then your carpet. Just an overall mess!!! As a former home owner I will not recommend this company just on the mess! They also parked a work truck in an assigned handicapp parking place! My opinion that was just rude and disrespectful to make that resident wait to see someone from the crew to move their vehicle!!! ????????????

Ostlund helped us diagnose a problem with our water heater, figured out what parts we needed, directed us to a supplier for those parts and installed them when they came in. We were quite satisfied. That was three years ago and the repair has held up just fine.
