Worst costumer service experience I've ever had. Wish I could give them a zero. Edward's does great work...when they actually make it to your house, and if they ever get you a quote. Scheduling with them is a nightmare. They either don't show up at all (no call or anything, after us having to take time off work), or make promises that they don't keep. When you call, you speak with someone different every time, and none of them communicate with each other. We've had a broken a/c for a week, and after being promised someone would come out last Friday, we had to beg them to actually show up (apparently there was a mistake in scheduling). The guy that came was really salty about having to be there on a Friday afternoon. Then we were promised a quote by Saturday morning and still nothing. We have 85+ degree days this week, and while they eventually got us a quote, a week after we asked for one- come to find out, it was waaaaaay above what others companies would charge (for the same product). I'm very disappointed because we have given them loyal business over several years and they just don't seem to care if they keep us as costumers. We will be letting everyone we know to not work with Edward's.

I made an appointment several days ahead for an afternoon time between 1-7. They called me at 5:00 and canceled my appointment. I stayed home from work for them not to show up. Very disappointing!

Andrew is extremely polite, respectful and professional. I received an email and phone call prior to his arrival. He's done several plumbing jobs for us and he always does an outstanding job. I highly recommend Andrew for your plumbing needs.

Fashion Model

We hired a plumber to help us fix our leaking shower and hook up our new refrigerator. Everything was great he even offered to hook up our new dishwasher with little to no extra charge, but then he never came back ......... 8 weeks later! 8! We are still waiting. He was supposed to come back after a part he ordered came in from Germany. We have called NUMEROUS times and get the same variety of answers: "he will be out there soon." or "he is on the schedule for today." or "He didn't come out? I'm so sorry he will be out soon!" or "there is no tracking number for your part and I don't know when it will come in." I called the shower part company and they said they can not give out information of who did, and did not, order parts from their company, but they do guarantee that the ordered part WOULD come with a tracking number. RIDICULOUS. My family and I have lost a shower in our home and the worst part of it all we were told we needed to pay him 75% before he was going to come back; so we did. We are now out that money and are still waiting for the shower to be fixed. Oh and just to make matters worse the plumber has YET TO CALL US BACK.

The work done by David D and Mark was excellent. They were very professional, personable and hard workers. I have more plumbing to be done at the end of the summer and will definitely call Edwards Plumbing & Heating Brighton, MI. I have every confidence in their plumbing work and knowledge.
