These guys seemed like complete hacks. They came to fix a faucet, left our bathroom a huge mess, broke a bunch of tiles that we now have to fix, and tried to sell us something we did not want or need. If you need a plumber, find a different company.

Never comes out when called. Never follows up on the work that was done.
I had a plumbing issue that needed to be fixed that day. I called every plumber I could find on Google. No one could get to me or return my calls. Until I found CBR. I was amazed at how fast and informative they were. Instead of just fixing the problem and moving on, they informed me of the options I could use to modernize the house and eliminate that plumbing problem in the future. They walked me through what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and then did exactly that. At the end of the job, they made sure to show me what was changed and how. The really amazing part is that when I asked for an estimate, I got an accurate estimate. I didn't get nickel and dimed on little fees or charges for this or that. I got the promised work at the estimate price. And these guys are FAST. I didn't get a "service window," I got a time they would be there. And they were there on time. Fast, friendly and professional. And now permanently on my speed dial when I need any plumbing done.
This place is totally unprofessional. They came to fix an issue with our disposal. After they left, when we ran the dishwasher water started leaking out. Then the owner Josh Ray, blew both my wife and myself off and kept saying he would come out but never called. We have a 1 year old baby and had to wash things in the snow because he kept saying he was coming. We were stupid to believe him. Finally when I called again, he kept pretending like he couldn't hear me on the other line. Save yourself from dealing with this organization.
