Had a furnace out call and they never called me back with any type of ETA. Three hours later (after I had someone else) the service tech called and when I told him it was three hours ago, he stated he just got the call 10 minutes ago. Didn't learn my lesson. I called Friday morning at 9 am for a dishwasher repair. They stated the could get me in that day and someone would call me back with 30 minutes with a ETA. At 2:11pm I get a call the someone is in route. I explained I was not at home now and that no one every contacted me, anyway cancelled and did the repair myself. I think I am done with them.
Nice and easy to deal with! Recommend highly.
Love these guys, just had my washer worked on, guy really knew what he was doing and I must mention I was leaning on getting a new washer and was educated on how poorly the new appliances are. Its been a very long time since I had someone in my home who actually impressed me this much. We are washing a weeks worth of laundry and my washer never sounded so quite and happy! If there were 10 stars i would have picked that rating.
I contacted them regarding switching my appliances to gas from propane, they said they could do it, they were very accommodating, they were even going to bring the parts with them. Called with a cancellation so they came early, very prompt. The problem started with the repairman coming in and asking what price we were given, you don't know the price? He converted the dryer and then moved onto the stove. The screw heads were stripped on one of the burners. He said he couldn't change those orifices, but he could surely order new burners, which he still would have had to get the screws out to replace. We told him fine, we would figure it out. He charged us 205.00 dollars for an hour worth of work. The parts he brought were 45 dollars, the bill was not itemized but 150.00 an hour is what he charged me for an hours worth of work. I called the office immediately to get an explanation, I was told I would have a call back in the next few days by the office manager, NO CALL! Not enough decency to return the call, I never yelled or screamed even though I was totally taken advantage of. After contacting another service I was told that there is a very easy way to get the stripped screws out. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would call me back and they didn't. My business owns 5 stores in the Oakland , Livingston , Washtenaw, believe me I will never recommend this business to anyone. Please always read the reviews before having someone into your house to do any type of repairs. Our repairman was Ron. I will certainly not be spreading a good word!
On time. John was very knowledgeable. Reasonable price.
