John came out to help us a couple hours ago and did a fantastic job! He not only did the work required for our shower. He also encouraged me to come and look over what he had done so he could teach me how to adjust something minor if needed, without having to call them and get charged. Plus the price was super fair for the work done with no attempts to gouge or inflate. Dispatch gave great customer service, were flexible when I needed to change my appt, and called to let me know when John had been dispatched and was on his way. We've used them at least three times now and have been very happy each time.????

We've used WaterWork for a couple plumbing needs we've had in our 1920s home. Their people are friendly, professional, timely, and highly trustworthy. They are my go-to people for plumbing needs because they run a great customer-focused business.

We were in a bind at noon on a Friday, (two plumbers previously did not follow through) and Brittany, Arnie and Mark saved us! Brittany was extremely friendly and helpful. She was able to fit us into their very busy schedule short notice. Mark and Arnie came through and installed our bathtub for us. They arrived quickly and were able to get the job done by close of business. They too were very kind and helpful. We cannot thank them enough!!

I have nothing but awesome things to say about this company and the tech Chris who came out and did the work. I called them at 2:00 and Chris was over by 2:20. He was very courteous and professional from the time he started the job to the time he finished. The price was right and the work was done correctly. Thanks again for coming out on such short notice. I will be using your company for any future jobs

They were able to come out the next day to take a look at a problem we were having with our sink. Turns out it was a larger issue that needed to be fixed, and they were able to come back 2 days later and finished the job faster/cheaper than anticipated. Very professional and did an excellent job!
