I had an emergency situation with water and sand coming into the basement at a fast clip. Paradigm came highly recommended and arrived after hours. The technician, Jerod, gave me the most thorough investigation of all 4 companies I had out to my home previously. And due to the terrible situation I was in with another plumbing service, waived the expensive after hour fees to camera and provide with with a diagnosis. I was shocked and so grateful. His office followed up with me immediately the next morning. I found Paradigm to be one of the most professional, responsive, caring companies I have dealt with in a very long time. They are clearly not about the money and taking advantage of people. Quality all the way around.

I would highly recommend Paradigm. Liz, the office manager, was extremely helpful to work with and got me in within a few hours. Kevin was my tech and did an amazing job. He called on his way and was in and out. Not many plumbers clean up after they’re finished with their work, but he did. I received a follow-up call to make sure I was happy with everything. Thanks again to the Paradigm team (Joe, Aron, Kevin and Liz) for helping me out with my emergency.

I waited to write a review until I had used Paradigm Plumbing a few times. Kevin has been hired by us to snake out drains, install a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, and to do major jobs like installing a new dishwasher and new water heater, and replacing a major drainage pipe in the basement. He has always been super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The work is done in a timely manner but he never rushes through it. He goes to great lengths to explain all the work and make recommendations. I have been impressed by his attention to detail and safety (especially with natural gas connections). I recommend Paradigm Plumbing wholeheartedly!

Great service for a burst pipe and to install a new commode. They responded promptly to our call. Kevin is very knowledgeable and professional on everything plumbing. We will call again if we need this service again. We highly recommend them.

These are people with integrity. We recently learned that we had to replace the outside sewer line, running from the house to the street. It was a huge job involving cutting a trench in our garage floor and dealing with another sewer line coming from a different part of the house. We spoke to three plumbing companies and Paradigm presented a very detailed estimate covering the job. The other two companies' estimates were not as thorough and were worded in ways that worked to their advantages, not ours. While planning the job our plumbers had to devote extra time to deal with a city inspector, which was not easy. The job went so smoothly! There was minimal disruption and we were able to stay in the house during the job. The garage trench was very well done and the cement that they put in looks great, and they cleaned up after themselves. Our confidence was well placed.
