Dave was caring compassionate and wonderful to work with. He went the extra mile to help facilitate payment from the manufacturer and make my life easier. The installation technician, George was personable, friendly and efficient. They provide true small town service, in this crazy big town life! They even provided same day service ( within 2 hours of my initial call) AND had the water heater switched out by noon that very same day. I highly recommend David Moss Plumbing! - Becky
