By far the worst experience I ever had. Purchased two door in November 2014, for what was suppose to be a "professional installation" before Christmas. It took over six months to have the door installed and no is taking responsibility for the improper installation, wrong size doors being order and then trying to force my patio door in a opening to small. We've missed multiple days from work and I continue to have issues with both doors. Special Order manager Micheale Harrison won't return phone calls and haven't been able to speak with a store manager. Take my advise don't deal with Home Depot and there so call "professional installers".
DO NOT USE Them for Counter install and options- its all contracted out and you have to deal with the headache of the contractor and service is bad from their supplier!
