Heil Plumbing came highly recommended when we needed an outside water pipe fixed quickly. They did not disappoint. Charlie was very professional and knowledgeable when he arrived to give us an estimate. I could tell he was confident in himself and his team as he explained the options available to us. That really helped put us at ease. We had two other plumbers provide estimates and we did not get the same sense from either of them. Heil's estimate was also about 20% less than the other two companies, both of which suggested digging up part of our driveway to do the repairs. Heil Plumbing told us that shouldn't be necessary, and it wasn't. The crew came out the following morning to complete the work. The were very professional, courteous, and kept us updated on how the job was going throughout the day. We are very happy with their work and would recommend Heil to anyone in need of a plumber.
I called Heil on Tuesday evening after hours, and by 9AM Wednesday morning, they had already sent someone out to do an estimate for a water issue in our front yard. Ed, one of their master plumbers, is the one who came out for the estimate, and he did a great job explaining what exactly needed to be fixed. They offered a fair and competitive quote. They rearranged some of their schedules to get here early the following week after a long holiday weekend. Joelle (not sure if that spelling is correct) and the other workers were extremely courteous, neat, timely, and answered all of the questions that I had.
We had a great experience with Heil plumbing repairing a water leak in our front yard. They were prompt, efficient and completed the work with minimal disruption to our yard and water supply. Recommend them without reservation.
Neat, courteous service. Came within 3 hours of my call to them. Honored the quote they gave me at start of service call even though the problem was more severe and took longer than expected to fix. Have used and recommended Heil in the past and would recommend again.
Used them a couple of times; once for an outdoor job requiring digging, and another time for an inside to replace sump pump. Great experience on both ocassions. Also very professional.
