Purcell was incredible. Very professional and informative. He tried everything possible to clear our lines. He cleaned up afterwards, the bathroom was probably cleaner after he left then before. Great representative for the company.. Thanks

Kristina #6067 and James/Jim #1256 were awesome! Give her some wonderwoman bracelets and give him a captain America shield. They were life savers. Not only did she clear all the lines but she confirmed some follow on informational concerns I had. Jim was able to show us everything with the camera and get us ready for the next steps. I mean seriously, she did what 2 other plumbers could not do, get to the "root" of the issue (clearing old pipes). Technically she should get the awesome black suit for black widow since they are both awesome redheads. But I digress. Big huge thank yous to Kristina and Jim. May your bonuses be a little bigger this year.

I had basement clogging problem today and called rotorooter . And Isaac2009 showed up immediately. And professionally fixed the problem. He is very friendly and funny as well. I appreciate his hard work.
