Never on time or they just don't show up.
This company was recommended by Sears through their warranty program to fix a disposal unit. Sears advised us that they booked the appointment for us, however, this company told us they would not honor the appointment because they did not have any availability for a whole week. Also, beware- this company is not good at returning phone calls.
We established a contract for a job and paid a significant deposit. What we got was a whole string of excuses as to why they couldn't show up at the job site, and when we could force them to be there, they would claim not to have what was needed and disappear. We finally had to hire a second plumber after two months of run around. We have asked them to return our deposit, but are having to take them to court.
