Phenominal company. They are professional, ethical, and above all honest. The local plumber Jimmy is very friendly and honest. He carefully and patiently always explains what's wrong and why. Lynn is a bright positive phone presence that is always accommodating regarding the schedule. Great company, I wish they also did outside hours calls.

Highly disappointed in the customer service. I scheduled an appointment yesterday for today with a 2 hour window. Lynn was very nice booking the appointment and her professionalism gave me an assurance that one of the two men that possibly would be working with me would have the job done quickly and professionally. Well, the plumber called me 30 minutes after the 2 hour window. He asked if I still needed him to come by and take a look at the job. I said "What happened today? You were suppose to be here between 2 and 4pm." Not upset, just honest. He said, "Well we got caught up on a job." I said, "I understand, but you could have called the customer to let me know what was going on." Once again, not upset, just honest. He then chuckled and said "Really." Wow! I was pretty shocked. I mean, do you think I would want to give you my money after you act that way. Anyway, I said, "You think that is funny?" He then began to go off on a rant which I was not about to listen to, so I quickly said " Goodbye Sir," and hung up the phone. I will not give business to someone that unprofessional, let alone, want him in my home. I don't know what is going on in his life, or what his day was like, and I'm not judging his heart. People can have a bad day. But this is business, and unfortunately, I have nothing else to judge this business by but by this encounter.

Have used them for years. Highly recommend them. They explain the situation,give you options then proceed with the work and work with you to addresses any other issues if they crop up.

Have used Bauer Plumbing several times in the last year or two. Reliable, great service,. Highly recommended.
