Terrible customer service, they were supposed to come out between 11-1 and at 2:23 told use we could not get a discount for them not only being late, but also inconsiderate of our time. Not only did they not come during the scheduled time, they also never bothered to mention being late. When we called to see what was going on/what could be done, STILL, no one was on there way. Customer Service is terrible, if you care about your time and money, don't even bother.
