I called here tonight and the receptionist had Tony call me back in regards to a bath alphabet toy being flushed down the toilet by my one-year-old. Tony spent a fair amount of time with me on the phone trying to help me do it myself with no charges for his advice. I think that is so nice of him. I don't hope to need a plumber soon but he certainly has my future business.

I am extremely pleased with this company. Extremely fair prices, people really know what they're doing.
