Excellent service and advice from this company. Russell is prompt, tidy, and did a great job assessing and repairing my sewer. I was able to have him work on while I was away, and it was all fixed by the time I came home. I highly recommend him.

My main sewer drain to the street backs up every few years and needs to be cleaned out. It's been going on for years, and I have a regular guy who comes and cleans it out for me. When it backed up this morning, I called him and wouldn't you know, he was on vacation. So, I searched online and found Quality Sewer and Drain. They had great reviews and to top it off they are from my home town of Danvers - support your local businesses!!! I called around 10:15 a.m. and Russ and his apprentice were able to make it around noon. I was very pleased. Their work was really good. They had to clear the whole drain all the way to the main sewer, and then went in with a camera to check it out. Turn out it's not roots as my last guy thought, but a "belly". A dip in the pipe that catches stuff and slowly backs up. So now that I know what is actually wrong I can fix it if I want. Long story short - fast, clean, friendly, and modern equipment. I'd say I've got a new drain guy :-)

We had a sewer back up Christmas night. We called Quality sewer at 7 AM the day after Christmas and left a voice mail. Our call was returned within 5 minutes. Russell had a prior commitment but promised to be at our home between 10 & 11 AM. He arrived at 10 AM and assessed our sewer system. Due to the design of our service the pipes were backed up about 3 feet above the drain access, meaning when opened we’d have a massive rush of sewer water enter our basement laundry area. Due to experience, Russell found an alternative entry point which made the clearing process much more difficult, but he cleared two blockages and avoided further waste entering our home. Once the system was cleared Russell examined the system and showed us color video of sludge build up and suggested water jetting to prevent future issues, and scheduled that process for the following day. Russell arrived quickly, explained every step and showed us video, giving us piece of mind. His equipment was all in good working order, and his work ethic was above average. In my experience, Russell is a rarity in the trades these days, a true professional. As far as cost, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how fair he was. Over all, I would strongly suggest his services.

Called them off hours to clear a floor drain that was connected to our dishwasher at my restaurant. I tried to snake it but couldn’t fix the blockage. They came super fast and fixed the drain quickly and saved our dinner service. Very reliable and reasonably priced for weekend Emergency service. Highly recommend.
