My back yard was flooding due to a failed storm system drain that was built in 1950! The overflow from a junction tank also flooded my neighbor’s back yard. ( Good thing he’s a great guy and we get along ). I ran pumps (plural) for DAYS while I called multiple sources to come to my rescue! Voicemails I left with other companies were never returned! Drain-A-Way picked up the phone; asked a few questions; and setup an appointment that worked with MY schedule! They were on time... knowledgeable... and expedient in attacking the job. One hour later and with quite the effort to get my drain flowing again, I have to tell you that I couldn’t write the check fast enough! I’m very happy with their work.... Oh ya. So is my neighbor! Drain-A-Way has a permanent place in my contacts list!!!

I highly recommend Drain away! Connor from Drain away showed up as promised at 9:00 am on Sunday morning. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleared my main drain and became my hero of the day! He made sure the area was clean and took away the junk that caused the clog!
