I used these guys 5 yrs ago to install a water heater that now needs replacement due to leak from underneath.. I called them today after I tracked them down. They confirmed to me the date and year of installation. I sent them a photo to their email of the serial number to the unit. The secretary calls me back telling me that they can’t help me.. I asked her “ what about the warranty“ she said they didn’t receive it.. she also said thier too “busy” they have a huge job in the next 2 weeks.. what a bunch of A-hole crooks. thier to honor a item that still has warranty?? these guys are crooks and do not stand behind thier work.. You’re better off calling Roto-Rooter I’ve been using Roto Rooter now for years they did my Watermain and Sewermain and everything in between.. if I could give them negative stars I would.. ????
