Very pleasant to deal with, promptly returned phone calls, had a hot water tank replaced the same day on very short notice..Al and Gary were very professional, showed up on time, covered everything up, no messes and even removed old unit..very reasonable, highly reccommend giving reccommend a try!!

A technician was to come by to replace a relay switch in the furnace. The technician left because he had to park in the street instead of our driveway, refused to do so and was very rude, stating he didn't know when he could come back. We called office and no one returned our call. In the meantime, the furnace didn't provide adequate heat. Called another company that is far more competent.
After giving another plumbing company $75 and being told "there is nothing wrong" with the shower, we called Schuster. They were very professional and fixed the problem ASAP. Also the price was very reasonable. #nomoredrips.
