I had a great experience with Bob, the owner of RH West Plumbing. He installed a whole house filter for my home at a fair price. He also repaired a clawfoot tub shower conversation that was incorrectly installed by another contractor. Bob is a high demand plumber because he does great work so if you can't connect with him immediately (for non emergency calls) just practice a little patience until his schedule opens up. It's definitely worth it!

Do not use this guy. We had an appt for an estimate which he never showed up for. I gave him a second chance when I had an emergency but he never even responded when I texted and left a voice mail. Waste of time.

Called to set up to have work done, was told he would call next week to set up appointment, it's been two and a half weeks now still no call, don't waste your time

R. H. West Plumbing & Heating exceeded all of our expectations to fix a plumbing leak. When we called for an estimate, Bob offered to provide a quick fix to the leak to hold us over for a few days without any commitment to hire him. He then squeezed us into his very busy schedule to fix the leak within 48 hours. Above and beyond service is what you can expect from R. H. West Plumbing & Heating! Thank you, Bob!
