Pumped tank, helped in resending receipt to me, good company

Photos placed on Facebook Review if you would like to see. Honey dippers left our lid off the septic tank after they pumped. It was unsecured. No screws to hold it place or dirt back on top of it. The lid was partially off. I have young children if they were left outside alone it couldn’t of ended up a terrible situation it was a major safety issue. Also they ran the truck off the edge of my driveway and got stuck. They had to have a tow truck come and pull them out. My driveway is a gravel drive and they ran it off into the drainage ditch that runs in front of everyone’s home they spun out my gravel and tore up my grass. I still have a spot in my driveway and where grass used to be it’s pure mud now when it rains. I called the office to report my issues left a message and haven’t gotten a return phone call. Will never use or recommend this company to anyone.
