After setting an appointment time and date they sent another plumber out instead with zero notification. New plumber did a great job but had different pricing. This guy cares nothing about building relationships or repeat business... do yourself a favor and call someone else.

We called for a leaking bathtub. They came out once to diagnose the problem and again to do a repair. We were charged $150 for less than an hour of labor and a $13 part. The tub still leaks. We have been calling for a week and they do not answer the phone, do not return voicemails, and today did not show up for an appointment. When I called I was told our problem was not a priority. Would not commit to a time and told we would be charged full price to come back out even though they did not repair the issue the first time. Take your business elsewhere.

I gave them an idea of the problem. They came out - it was a different problem. Fixed it and life is good again. I will go back for future needs. Years later they still have great service. Fixed broken pipes and a hot water leak. I will call them anytime. Michele
