Our 20 year old air conditioner quit working on a very hot Friday evening - we were able to call and quickly get an appointment. The unit was repaired and we chose to install a new air conditioner and furnace. The sales rep met with us Saturday, gave us detailed information, quoted a competitive price (deducting the repair cost from the cost of the new unit) and arranged for installation on Tuesday. The professional crew of four showed up on time at 7:30 and did an outstanding job installing the new units. We couldn’t be more confident or pleased with Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.
Great experience with Eddie (sales) and Steven (install). Eddie came out the same day I requested a quote and gave me an immediate, transparent price on a new A/C unit and fixing our zoning system. Install was scheduled for 10 days later (our request) even though they could have done it within 5 days. Steven was on time, professional, and detail oriented during our 8 hour installation. The outcome has exceeded our expectations and we look forward to many cool days to come!
