If I could give Leslie Zarda 0 stars I would. Her professionalism and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I have never been spoken to in a manner like I was when working with Leslie. The plumbers are phenomenal, but the office staff really needs to work on the way they treat customers.

Lovely working with them when choosing from their showroom but once things go into your home forget about it. They sold me a toilet and they have no seat that fits it correctly. When I asked about it they said I’d have to upgrade the whole toilet to get one that fits correctly-even though I complained before it was ever used. I didn’t want anything fancy-just a seat that fits properly so guests don’t have to feel the porcelain when they sit down! Unbelievable. What plumbing company does that? Oh, yeah....Fred Pflumm Plumbing does.
