If you have plunged your toilet and it still overflows, you have a real problem and should call Andy's Pipe Dream. This is the third job where we have used Andy's and we are never disappointed. Don explained the best and worst case scenarios in the process of unclogging a toilet. Who knew sometimes they have to literally pick up the toilet and unclog it backwards if the auger does not work? Luckily, it was the best case scenario. It took 3 tries and then Don flushed it multiple times with paper to make sure it was open. Punctual, reliable, nice and fairly priced. I recommend them all of the time. You will, too.
I have used Andy's Pipe Dream on may occasions to address plumbing issues in my home. This time, my kitchen sink drain was backing up, and when I called first thing in the morning he was booked all day. Andy called back a few minutes later and told me he would find a way to squeeze me in that day and he did. Chad and his helper spent about 45 minutes using the auger on the line - it was clogged solid - but finally got it clear. I've always had great experiences and it'g great to have a plumber you can rely on.
Tech was nice, price was expensive. Job took maybe 15 minutes and I had the parts. Very simple task cost over $200. In a bind so moved forward with the job. If we had more time we would have shopped for a more reasonable price.
Very polite and knowledgeable. They use shoe coverings to protect your floors. Pricing seemed fair. We have more projects we hope to have completed by this company.
AC broke last night. Called this morning and had an appointment and Tech on the way by 745AM. Brett showed up around 830 and I had cold air again by 915. Brett the tech was polite and professional. Gave me a quote of what it would cost before doing any work and gave me tips to keep the capicitor from blowing out again.
