As always Polestar sent a great guy to service my AC. Larry has been here before and remembered me with a smile and was glad to answer all of my questions. Was very thorough and explained everything he did. The people at Polestar have been handling my needs for around 18 years and I have recommended them to family and friends and feel confident in doing so. Sam did a fantastic job, he was very professional and also very friendly. All the others were very good too. It was not a easy job for them. We needed a large amount of work done quickly and Polestar came through!!! They were quick to come out for estimates and quick to get started on the work. All of the technicians were very polite and knowledgeable, and were willing to answer any an all questions that we had for them. They even scheduled follow up appointments when we had a couple of kinks after the work was done. We could not have been happier with their service! I highly recommend Polestar to anyone needing plumbing work of any kind.
They installed a new system in my home 3 years ago. It's been a great experience. The system is working great and the service staff has been awesome. In fact, Larry was superior.
