James is a straight shooter with a good sense of humor. He quickly installed a new kitchen sink faucet and a new toilet he picked up for us. He came out and gave a free estimate before any of the work was done, and he was very fair with pricing. Glad we listened to our friends with this recommendation...
Great service. Was able to respond same day and fix my problem without overcharging me. Was honest and was not out to make a extra dollar. Only fixed what needed fixing. Will definitely use James again when another problem arises in the future.
