Thought the owner was a nice guy until when I had to end our business and he took off my water filter in kitchen he left me without any cold water. I had water before his filter was installed and after no water and he refused to fix it. He did not answer my calls.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They always do what they can to help you.

Very unprofessional company. I called and asked all about renting a softener and what all it would intail. Was given detail and told he would call back to schedule the appointment for set up the following week. He called on Monday and set the appointment up with my 8 year old. I had to call back and confirm it all. Then after my husband took off work to meet him at our home he called an hour AFTER he was supposed to be there to say he couldn't do it because there were a couple medical bills on my credit report. He never mentioned anything about the credit report when I called and questioned how it all worked and how to get started. Neither did the woman. I would never recommend this company!
