Ambient technician was prompt, thorough and friendly! He was very knowledgeable of the a/c unit we have and answered all questions. This was either the second or third time he’s come to our home and each time he impressed us with his job knowledge and his friendliness.

I booked an appointment to have drains cleaned because of an advertisement I got in the mail. The appointment was available on the first of the month. I was told I need to be on call, in my home from between 8-noon. The first is always a busy day for us seniors because it’s payday. No one showed up. When I called to say that no one showed up and it was noon, the receptionist told me that he was on his way and I waited a few more hours. I called back and said I had to go pay bills and the receipt told me that she would have him call 1/2 hour before he came. Brian called me about 3:15pm that afternoon and said he was in his way and would be here in 45 minutes. He showed up at my house at 4:25 pm with out the proper tool to do the job and had the balls to attempt charging me $69 for the visit. I didn’t end up paying but that was only after a few more calls.

Beau, was prompt, personable and professional. He operated very organized and with a tremendous sense of customer service. He testing and maintenance of our two AC systems was honest and transparent. This was me of the best service experiences we've had.

Shane and Brandon did a great job. They were prompt, polite, professional and took time to explain details to us. They were neat and cleaned up all debris before leaving. All involved did a bang up job and we will certainly recommend Ambient Edge to our friends.

One of the best plumbing company's I have ever used. They were on time fast working put in some toilets and some shower heads. I am so happy. Thank you Brian for doing a fantastic job. I will recommend your company to everyone I know
